Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to access certain information regarding your rights as a consumer. The Company complies with all applicable consumer protection laws in the EU.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms may have been translated into other languages. In the event of a dispute, the English language version shall prevail.
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, the Company will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Company's sole discretion.
